EnvisionAI ("we," "our," or "the App") is an AI-powered creative tool that helps you transform images and sketches into artwork and short videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use EnvisionAI on your mobile device.
EnvisionAI is designed with privacy in mind. The App operates primarily on your device and processes content you choose to provide for creative purposes only.
Images you upload: When you select a photo or sketch from your device, that image is used solely to generate AI artwork or video based on your text prompt. Images are stored locally on your device as part of your creation history. We do not extract facial features, build face profiles, or perform facial recognition on uploaded content.
Text prompts: The descriptive text you enter is sent to our AI service provider to guide content generation. Prompts are used only for the creative task you initiate.
Generated content: Images and videos produced by the App are saved to your device's private application storage. You control whether to download or share this content.
Device information: We may collect basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app version to maintain compatibility and improve performance. This data is not linked to facial information because we never collect such data.
We use the information described above exclusively to:
• Process your image-to-image and image-to-video generation requests
• Display your creation history within the App
• Improve App stability and user experience
• Provide customer support related to App functionality
We do not use your images, prompts, or generated content for facial analysis, identity verification, surveillance, or any purpose unrelated to AI creative generation. EnvisionAI will never use uploaded photos to train facial recognition models or to identify individuals.
To generate creative content, EnvisionAI sends your uploaded image (encoded for transmission) and text prompt to cloud-based AI services. These services process your request and return generated artwork or video. Processing is limited to the specific generation task you request.
Our AI partners are instructed to handle data only for inference purposes related to your request. We do not permit partners to retain your content for unrelated purposes, facial database building, or biometric profiling. No facial information is transmitted, stored, or analyzed at any stage of this pipeline.
EnvisionAI stores uploaded reference images, generated outputs, and creation metadata on your device using secure application storage. This data remains under your control and is removed when you delete individual works or uninstall the App.
Because all creative assets remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to download or share them, your personal images—including those that may contain faces—are not maintained on our servers as a permanent gallery or identity archive.
EnvisionAI does not collect facial information. This includes but is not limited to:
• Face scans or face geometry data
• Biometric identifiers derived from facial features
• Face templates or facial recognition signatures
• Emotion detection profiles tied to identity
• Any data used to uniquely identify a person based on their face
If your uploaded image happens to contain a face, our AI services treat it as part of the overall visual scene for style transfer or animation purposes only—not as a source of biometric data. We do not segment, catalog, or store faces separately from the rest of the image.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal content or facial information to third parties. Content is shared with AI inference providers only to fulfill your generation request. We do not share data with advertisers for targeted profiling based on facial attributes or identity.
If you use the share feature, you choose which apps and recipients receive your generated content. EnvisionAI does not control how third-party apps handle shared files once you initiate sharing.
Creation records stored on your device persist until you delete them or remove the App. Cloud AI providers process requests transiently for generation and do not retain your images for facial database purposes. We do not maintain a central repository of user faces or biometric records.
You may delete individual works from your creation history at any time. Uninstalling EnvisionAI removes locally stored uploads and generated files from your device. You choose which images to upload and are never required to provide photos containing faces.
Because EnvisionAI does not collect facial information, there is no facial data profile for you to request, export, or delete from our systems—such data simply does not exist in our processing workflow.
EnvisionAI is intended for general audiences interested in creative AI tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise minors using the App and ensure uploaded content is appropriate. We do not collect facial information from users of any age.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data during transmission to AI services, including encrypted connections. Local files are stored in the App's private directory, accessible only through EnvisionAI on your device. While no system is perfectly secure, we design our architecture to minimize exposure of user content and to exclude facial biometric processing entirely.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in App features or data practices. Updated versions will be available within the App. Continued use of EnvisionAI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will continue to affirm that EnvisionAI does not collect facial information in any future revision unless that practice were to change—and we commit that facial data collection is not part of our product roadmap.
EnvisionAI respects your privacy by keeping creative workflows local-first, limiting cloud processing to AI generation tasks, and explicitly refusing to collect facial information or biometric identifiers. Your images serve your creativity—not identity tracking, face matching, or surveillance.
